the banshee is 350cc and then you also got the quadzilla which is 500cc....two strokes have a lot of power, but you also need to rebuild them a lot too

sorry i didnt look that much but i dont really see that many bigger then 250. but ya when u put a 250cc 4stroke and 2 stroke together the 2 stroke makes alot more power.

My girlfriend has an 06 ninja 250 and its a fun bike. I take it out and ---- around on it. I consider it more of a toy but its fun to ---- around on back roads because your always holding the thing wide open.

If you never ridden before it would probably be a good starter bike. You will get bored of it fast but if you only plan on keeping it for a summer than go for it. You'll be a better rider becuase of it.


Also, you can sell 250's for about as much as you pay for them so your not going to lose alot of money like a new GSXR or something.

i was riding a buell at the msf course and i was bored of it already lol get a 600 atleast unless u are really dumb and cant figure stuff out fast.

i have a 2stroke goped which is 4 years old but not alot of use on it and it still runs like an ape on crak.

exactly...i got a buddy that usually rebuilds his banshee about ever other month when he rides at the dunes in the spring and summer, its a pretty mean set up

I only rebuild my bike about once a year, but when I ride it I abuse it. Not that it "needs" the rebuild, but I can feel it getting weaker and it makes me feel safer riding in the middle of a sand city that would eat my bike if it blew up in the middle of it. That's like my #1 fear.

Having to rebuild once a year isn't ----. You still have to do alot of regular maintanence ---- to a 4 stroke and they need to be rebuilt every so often, which is a serious pain in the *** for most 4 stroke bikes. I can have my bike rebuilt in a few hours minus the trip to the machine shop.

Hey, were you on GPN? I practically grew up on GPN... My piped G230rc's strong after 5 yrs. and the last 2 yrs on E85. That's through the normal WT603 gas carb too, no alky carb.
