How much for a LS B18?
 

So my friend bought a 94 integra with the B18b which has 117K and also an integra type r engine and is doing a swap. I have a 97 civic with 135k on my D16Y8 and wanted to purchase his motor. I was wondering what i should offer him as a friend(also my roomate) for the motor and what exactly i would need to do the swap. I have obd2 and the motor is obd1 right? So what would i need from him and what would i need besides that. So basically whats a B18B with 117K worth and what else do i need?

hmm give em $500 for it!...

you will need a diff ecu, and do some spliceing!...

you will need integra drive axelse, lincage, and mounts, if the motor comes with out a tranny you will need tranny, flywheel, presure plate, cluch and a diferent drive shaft and starter... umm that should be all you need to have it up and runing!...

He bought the complete swap for the type r from hmotors so it would come with axles ecu tranny motor and everything. But i wont need a conversion harness or anything?

not realy just get a OBD-2 LS ecu and that should work fine!... or get a conversion harness...

check out hasport, honda-tech, and honda.hybrids.jp for research.
they shodul all have lists of required parts and some other helpful info.
its a very simple swap.
