How much does 60lbs. of pennies equal?
 

Yeah, I know very stupid/random question, but I have to run 60lbs. worth of pennies through a coinstar machine and I'm curious to know how much is there. Based on my calculations I'm guessing there is about $120 there. How ------- cool am I going to look cashing in $120 worth of pennies. :l I love how they put those machines in the very front of the stores so everybody and their moms can see the dildo cashing in change for beer money. :P

Then I'd have to roll them and ---- that. Out of $120 they'll take like $10 and I'm more than happy paying $10 to not have to roll them. :P

gotta love commerce they have a free coinstar, just bring a bag of change in dump it in the machine get teh slip bring it up to the teller and get ur money, they dont take any percent out.... plus if u guess with in a dollar of ur total u get a free piggy bank :-*

some banks have a machine that will do the same thing as coinstar but no charge...call up ur bank, and if they dont have one as k where there is one for ur bank

I know my bank doesn't have one and I've never heard of any other banks out here having one. :-\ I'm not real worried about the fee. It's something I consider "free money" that I never counted on having so paying the $10 isn't a very big deal. If someone wants to come roll them for me I'll pay you the $10. :P

navy fed in va has one, Im not sure about other banks.
The BofA around here.. (the one closest to me) doesnt have a change counter though.. which bites, caue i have 30-35lb of quarters in a jar
