Default how much for this?

95 civic coupe w/ an LS and manual trans. not running. needs fuel rail, intake, and some other things that i cant remember right now. as far as i know it is in ok condition, no major dents. paint looks ok. rip in drivers seat. usual honda bullshit. dont know the miles, but lets just say its up around 200k on the body. def dont know about the motor.

this guy is my ex roomate that i "kicked out" last week. he's moving to florida to work for disney. all he keeps saying is that he put x amount on dollars in it to get it from michigan to vegas. he told me he wanted close to the bluebook value and i laughed in his face.

i just got a parts list of the fuel rail, injectors, intake tube, air box, resonators, and what not. parts total a whopping $1320 for oem parts. i'm thinking $1200 is by far the most i'm gonna pay.

what would you guys pay? ofcourse i'm gonna start out with $700, then go up. some real world honest prices that you guys would pay for it would be nice.

$13-1400 would be my limit.

200k shell with rust and shitted on interior is worth like $300, where I come from.

Since it doesn't run don't spend more than its worth in parts. I'm not doubting you could get it running but you never know.
