just currious, and what fuel managment were you using and boost psi also?

 

d15b7... was the first to go on 15psi.. with afc hack
d16y7... was my second on uberdata on 10psi
so far so good on my d16z6 running uberdata 10psi on pats map

 

are you running an SAFC along with the Uberdata?

 

nope..

 

brke ring lands on 4 pistons in d16a6, all were on intake side, only half way around the piston, same spots on all 4 really wierd, i was running 6 psi with fmu for about 6-7 monthes beating the hell out of it...no timing retard, just fmu, and side mount intercooler, and greddy turbo kit..

 

hey chevy, do you think I'll blow my motor on a d16z6 at 10psi on a t25? Right now i'm using afc hack with 450's, but changing to uberdata as soon as I figgure it out more

 

naa.. if ur running as rich as u say u are youll be fine for a while.. is my guess.. but do switch to uberdata.. that is the best choice.

 

a screwed up a bearing in a a d16y8(the best motor I ever owned) at 5psi
I fried some piston rings on a d16z6

I believe both where with a afc hack.

B16 9.7cr 12-14psi SC61 Hdata. Ringlands #3
My old A6 lasted 2yrs 7psi FMU, no problems.
Current B16 at 9:1cr 10psi SC61 CROME (today atleast) is holding up well.

I guess Ill claim partial victory over Random Strikes LS ringlands, lol

 

I thought 6psi was max on a D16Z6 with the rods and pistons stock
maybe I should look into this a little more? I was gonna be really happy with 8psi....but 10?
