I can switch hemispheres, but I don't like to. The right hemisphere takes a while to learn some things but is the more highly adaptable of the two. Sometimes I have trouble speaking when left brained, and stutter. Its awesome when the hemispheres get into fights, tho. Good times.

I can't write with my left at all. But I find when I'm working on the car and I have to reach in somewhere I can't see and thread a bolt taking the damn cotter pin out of a clutch pedal or something I can use my left better. And I do better if I close my eyes wile i'm doing it.
and at work when I'm finishing concrete it makes no differance one or the other.
