Hey i've been around here for a while but i dont really remember any good posts on the reliability of turbos and how long yall have had them on for.. List how long you've had your car turbod for and the problems you've ran into while having the turbo on it.

I run 5psi on a delivery driven 5 day a week rig. I have put about 8000 miles on mine and I bought it used. My only problem is the stupid radiator cap. I boost for 3-13 hours a day in stop and go city traffic.

the first attempt, it lasted 47 miles until the turbo ---- the bed, it had more shaft play than peter north, anyways 185 bones later and thanks to turbohf, i have driven 136 sucessful miles and put a large whoopin on a gti vr6

so far its been about 4month of hard abuse about 5k miles. still puling strong!oh and actually i had to replace my clutch and my front motor mount. too much freaking torque.
