ok on a coke machine hit the buttons (going from top to bottom)
hit button
#4
then
#2
then
#3
then
#1
and a menu will appear and from there u need to figure out how to edit the price of each unit. ;)

they put a arm gaurd in ours cuase we whould stick are arm up in there and pull the soda out, before that we had a vending machine and they mounted it to the ground cuase we whould shake it, then we used coat hangers, so they took it out, dont leave a vending machine at a mechnic shop :6

My buddy and I just tried it. The orginal didn't work; however, I tried 2-4-3 (without hitting 1 then I think either) and something came up. Worked on each machine we tried, but had no clue what to do from there. LOL.

Fiances parents own a large local vending business. We have the keys to most vending machines (whether they own them or not)... no hacking needed.

THIS DOES NOT WORK

I work on pop machines. My dad owns a vending business, and this is old news. I've read almost every scam there is on pop and snack machines, and i've tried just about everyone, because i have tons of machines at my disposal, and have yet to come across on that works, short of just plain breaking in. I just asked my dad about it and he said that he had heard of this before, but that it is not true, it cannot be done, he said that you will access the "debug" mode, but that it is only used to tell the payout, and information about the machine, simple operating settings and checks, and what kind of sales it is doing BUT IT WILL NOT RESET THE PRICES OR GIVE YOU ACCESS TO CHANGE THE PRICES. The only way to do that is to go inside the machine and activate a "mode" switch. There may be a few that you can get into, but those usually have a bad logic boards or the mode switch is fucked up somwhow. . So now you know!!! :y

I used to take clear packing tape and tape it to the very edge of a bill. Bot sides so theres no sticky tape. slide it in the dollar slot, wait till it reads it and swipe the bill right back out. Boom free soda AND change. Not sure how far machines have come but this was about 14 yrs ago or so.
