Default How-to: A good ------- sandwich

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 slices of bread (I like reduced calorie)
2 slices of bologna (I like turkey)
1 slice of cheese
butter (I like spray)

First, cut holes in the bread slices, heat up the butter in el pan, place bread on the pan and let this cook for a few seconds. Then crack an egg open and put into holey breads:

Parkay spray butter ftw:

Keep the heat low in order to fry the eggs evenly top to bottom. This makes flipping easier. Here they are after flipping:

After cooking for some time turn the burner up, move the breads to one side, and center the burner on the empty side. This is where the bologna is fried. I forgot to take a picture of le cheese, but it's between the bolognas in the finished product.

Finished, a delicious and less than nutritious death sandwich. I try to not eat so bad but using reduced fat and calorie ingredients, but the net result is always something not so good for you. Fruit cup and Mtn Dew ftmfw, nuckas:

Enjoy that ----. Bread + egg in the middle is awesome, and fried turkey bologna is too.

Thanks, it's a pretty popular thing in my area I guess to cook them like that. I was inspired by your hotdog bacon combo if you hadn't guessed
