how good are the clutches that 88 turbo crx sells on here?
 

anyone use his clutches? im thinkin of gettin a 6 puck sprung for my d series. how do u like em? and for the price? (260)

There should be a bunch of threads on this. I'll give you a break since the search function sucks. A lot of people have and love them. I have an unsprung 6 puck going in my built Y7.

For the price, you can't find anything better than those. Buy it, love it, ------ the word. That's how it's been so far.

I bought a Clutch Specialties B series 6 puck sprung, and he sent me a Pro Clutch (cheaper version). He was good about refunding some money in the difference, but sometimes if i'm doing a burnout, and smash 2nd gear, the clutch won't grab.

He's a good guy but stick with the Clutch Specialties.

I don't actually own one but for the price, it's hard to beat the specified torque holding capacity of these clutches.
