Default how to get out of a cell phone contract? is it possible

I hate sprint i got their famly plan because my pops doesnt use up minutes but they sitll manage to screw me. I always get $300+ bills in the mail when my bill is supposed to be $70+tax when i go and bitch at them they say i owe them 130-140 every month, even months we dont go over on our plans. Their minutes indicator hasnt ever worked and ive been on hold with "erica" for the last 40 minutes waiting to yell at a supervisor. WTF i wish i could get to the supervisor here so i could give him a piece of my mind. Is there any way to get out of this contract without paying the 250 x 3 fee for skiping out since the phone company isnt fulfilling their end of the contract. Somebody help me out, im about to ram a truck at the ------- sprint store

If they are ruely doing something wrong just leave the company and report your case to the attorney general if they charge you the early termination fees.

I did that to sprint back in the day. They prommised coverage in an area, where they didn't have it. So I left their service. They charged me with the early terminitaion fee. I sent the issue to the attorney general of MN, and he cleared it right up.

I used to work for sprint. Thats exactly how you do it. Say you moved to somewhere that has no service. Look it up on their map for montana. the minnutes indicater had a 24-48 hour lag when i worked there . The customer service places your talking to arnt even owned by sprint. They are contracted out companys like teleperformance. They put people through a 4 week training program then put them out on the floor to awnser cals. The supervisors are supervisors because they are the biggest ******** who sold the most ---- to people calling in. The call centers only care about maximizeations and avrage handle time. They have no way to measure how many people you actualy helped. The whole time i worked for sprint there was no emphasis on actualy helping people. Our goals were handle time, and selling ad ons. You can ---- someones account up royaly and it never EVER comes back on you. No one cares at all.

If you gave me your sprint phone number and password i could honestly look through your billing statement and figure out why its fucked up.

It honestly sounds like you have 3 primary phones set up on your account insted of 1 primary and 2 being subs using minnutes off the primarys plan. If thats the case then sprint owes your muchodeniaro. Ive seen allot of accounts set up like that and it took me awhile to fix them. (I got layed off from sprint for helping to many people and not selling enough vision subscriptions) LOL


OH AND ONE MORE THING. NEVER LET THEM FILL OUT AN ESCALATION TICKET. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY'RE GIVING IT TO THE SUPERVISOR (wich in most cases they do) THE SUPERVISOR NEVER DOES ---- ABOUT THEM AND THEY USUALY END UP IN THE TRASH.

looks like im moving then, i bitched out the supervisor yesterday and she gave me this number 18662077913 to talk to if i want to cancle my ---- im just wating till my pay periord is over then im just going to tell them im going to montana

thats the number to retentions. were not supposed to call it retentions. its the "Gold customer department" or "the cancelation department" You get to go therese if you have more than 3 money signs next to your name. That supervisor could have cancled the account for you right there on the screen with 4 clicks and credited your etf's. retentions is just going to try to sell you ---- for cheeper so you stay with sprint.
