I think freeavatars.com has a bunch of them. There are allot of sites. Yahoo or Google it up.....

jeff why dont u code it so they cant be bigger then 80x60? unless it still waste space not sure but ive done it before on webpages.. also impressingroom.com has a fixed size... shrinks ur pic.. :)
