Hey what does a wrx run in the quarter mile Not the sti, just the base model because i raced one from a 50 mph roll and beat him by about a car and a half. my crx only runs 15.9 best to date, i know i can get better times just had shitty tires at the time. so what do wrx's run??

yep i'm positive, it was a wagon tho and he only had a bov.
I guess they kinda lose power from a roll considering they are awd?

yeah, but the thing is, their hela tricky to launch correctly. you really have to drive it like your gonna kill it. my bro has a 2002 wrx with all the trimmings, and to this day, he still cannot launch the car perfectly. but once he gets roling, he is unrelentless.

i have seen very stock looking wagons run 14.0.. I thought the wagon and the sedan weigh pretty much the same?

hmmmm thats funny, you say you raced a wrx at 50mph. i really don't think he was racing you. even a wagon at 50mph second gear role will tare your *** up.

you know... the guy driving the wrx might not know how to race very well. at illegals once, my friend who had a stock crx dx RAPED a gsr, by like four car lengths or something rediculous. the guy with the gsr was like wtf? however, since the dude he raced was his friend, he asked if they could switch cars and try again. it was a different story when they switched cars, and of course the gsr won. if they raced at 50mph, the guy in the wrx might not have downshifted enough, and probably shifted REALLY slow.

i didn't say i didn't believe you but i really don't think he was racing you. but, like quickcrx702 said he could of been a really bad driver. how fast where you going before the race was over.
