smoke a bowl of reefer before bed, i know a few people who only smoke before they go to sleep and wake up super early for office jobs

Force yourself to get up early the day before, then later pop some simply sleep and stay up for another hour until you get tired, beat off, then fall asleep.. My friend swears by it and I believe her

I take either sleeping pills or tylenol PM usually. Strangely, redbull/vodka makes me sleep like a rock. If I don't get my 8 hours of sleep I can feel it the next day.

well today i'm fucked .....came home from work..put on my wife beater on...beat my wife...drank a beer...and fell alseep..woke up like a hour ago ...no way i'll be falling asleep ..

when i take Tylenol PM and i'm not sleepy i get like sudden shakes ..........and it feels like half my brain is still up and the other is drowsy as ----....
