Yeah two or three hours of that will make him pretty tired. Lol i work night shift so i don't know what to tell you. I have the exact opposite problem.

but in your case just take your meds and when you wake do the stretches and you
will be alright. Thats the best advice i can give and good luck i hate waking up!!

i dread going to sleep everynight, i use to not have a problem i could sleep 4-6 hours a night and then 7-9 on the weekends, now i sleep at least 8 almost everyday except everyonce in awhile, most of the time i find myself sleeping more, before a couple years ago ive never slept more then 9 -10 hours at a time and thats when i was really really tired. this past few months ive caught my self sleeping 12-13 hours everyonce in awhile and it pisses me off. it kinda all started after my friend wrecked his explorer and i was with him, that and a job i had made me really exhausted. besides sleeping alot my body feels normal. does anyone know how i could make my body have insomia without crack or drugs? i want to sleep less as naturally as i can. any suggestions? also when i wake up my body aches or my muscles are really tired like they can bearly move till ive been up for awhile or showered. half the day im pretty lazy either on the computer or taking it easy the other half im either working where i pick up a lot of heavy items or doing some type of medium activity. i do wake up a lot through out the night. oh and im a night person so i usually dont go to bed till 6-8am. but im on a decent schedule, i find it hard to fall asleep though usually because of the amount of sleep i usually get.

just set your alarm clock for 7 hours of sleep. when you wake up just take multi vitamin and go do something just sitting around the house doing nothing will make you tired and bored so will lack of nutrition

ya the alarm clock will sometimes work then ill just keep snoozing it, its not being on the computer that makes me tired its the waking up part, if i get up and what not im good, i use to be perfect at getting up and out of bed now its really hard at times,one friend said that he would set his alarm clock early then take some no doze, then had another alarm clock for a hour later, i might try that

haha funny thread, i cant go to sleep half the time and when i do fall asleep i find myself sleeping 8-14 hours.....on my days off or no school. ---- sunday i slept about 13 hours. but afterwards i was feeling pretty good since the day before i only had 2 1/2 hours of sleep...... ---- i should be sleeping now

I hear ya. I use to sleep about 5 hours a night pop up and be ready to go. Now I can sleep 11hrs with no problem. Going to start putting my alarm clock across the room like I use to. That way you have to get up to cut it off. A lot of it is getting use to it. If you allow your self to sleep 10hrs a night then when you don't you feel tired. After a few weeks at 7hrs you'll fee fine.
