Google accelerator doesn't increase download speeds nooblet. You are cornfuzed as hell. Google accelerator just acts as a proxy to google servers (since they keep a cache of pages while searching the web), and so it only works to increase the speed of loading webpages since you're loading from google's superfast servers instead of the server the pages reside on.

1. Download utorrent
2. Go to site (piratebay.org, btjunkie.org, etc) and search for file
3. Open the torrent and it starts downloading

There are ways you can optimize the speed, like port forwarding. Just read all the links, I promise you can figure it out quicker if you'd just do some research instead of waiting for answers.
