You could do an orange chicken pizza but it would be the California way of doing asian style pizza's. Getting dough and throwing asian food on top of it. Its called east meets west. You can charge 45 dollars for it.

anybody have any good ideas for what to put on it?
was thinking mozzerella cheese and maybe some pine apple chunks. get some OC an cut it into smaller pieces but cant think of what kinda pizza sauce to use. dont really want the usual pizza sauce. was thinking maybe like OC sauce? anythign else you think might taste good?

make a pizza shell. make a sort of glaze out of sugar, orange, your spices, maybe throw in some cornstarch to thicken it up. add OC/pineapple on top of it, sprinkle with a light in flavor cheese
