You have to have them hosted elsewhere on the internet and you use the image tag button in the post. Just copy and paste the URL for the pic in between the image tags.

I have used this site, the only thing is that they tag all of your pics with a header, look at my avatar and you'll see. There are other ones out there, and if anyone knows of a good place that will let you link to pics, let us know.

I use www.imagestation.com.
Make sure you set it up so that anybody has access to the pictures.
