? WTF are you 3 LVL wizard of the ages Just go into a well stocked gunstore and by a can of Pyrex (synthetic Black powder) about 15$ per 16oz can. No ID required and been happily making my own fireworks since the age of 13...Even have a minature cannon that I shoot off every 4th of July, you can hear the report echo off the nearby foothills too
I do live in the country though...

that canadian one got me going, I was about to go punch out some people in the street. If I was at the top of my game I would do something when that guy showed up and called them an -------, either punch him in the face or just shut the door.
