How the ---- do I make animated GIF's
So yeah, what do the resident animated avatar geeks use to make animated gif's? Specificaly, I have some cool DV video clips that I want to shrink down. I know how to resize and convert to many video formats, Im just clueless when it comes to building a GIF.
