how do i go about puttin a turbo on a 1987 chevy nova?
 

Hey guys what's up?.......i need help i have a 1987 chevy nova and i want to put a turbo on it........so what should be the first things i do?

Swap a 350 in it and twin turbocharge it.

its got a 4 banger in it...yes i kno that sucks but i'm just trying to get some more power out of it.....any suggestions?

I believe that has some variation of the 4AF motor. Plenty of info on here about how to turbo that.

You turbo it just like any other car, get a manifold and a turbo then just hook all the pipes up, add a blow off valve and some fuel management and get ready to make some cool sounds.

That car is basically an 87 toyota corolla. 4cyl FWD right? If you want to look into fuel management and stuff like that, I would try looking more for 4A series info, because that's most likley what's under the hood of an 87 nova.
