but i seen people do in walmart parking lots and they still sit there. These are like CRX and hatchbacks i've seen. I do pull the e-brake and rev it high and drop the clutch, i move a little forward and the RPM drops while my foot is hard on the gas.

haha, your car is the problem, it lacks forced induction. Simple, your car doesn't have the power to spin the tires fast enough to not get ANY traction. When your RPM's die that probably slows the tires enough to gain a slight amount of traction and pull the car foreward. Get a turbo

Dude, theres no way your car lacks that much power. My civic hatch with DPFI does it fine, and I had a Toyota Corolla DX lighting them up perfectly. This is also on dry pavement. Sounds to me like your ebrake isn't holding very well. Keep practicing, you'll eventually get it. lol, if you don't burn your clutch out first.
