He got the house for $178,000 which was a little more than what he wanted but it was actually a nice house and he definitely got a good deal. lol, 30 degrees... haha... I guess I'm just too spoiled with the SoCal weather. I see sunshine I automatically assume 70 degree weather :P I'm shiverin' here and it's maybe 60-65 degrees in the house :S But sounds like your buddy got a good deal though, 178k for a house ain't ----. You can barely buy a trailer for that much here :-\ That area looks nice too. And I second the i'm surprised the cops didn't come. That's a whole lotta ruckus ya'll made.
