Don't be stupid-this is your learning experience....never trust a girl or keep one THAT close to you. Yea you should have girlfriends and ---- but never tell them everything or ---- like that. Just ---- them, take them to diner and the movies. ---- like that. My girl cheated on me ONCE.....why once you may be asking?... because when i found out i fucked her two best friends and this girl she hates with a passion. Needless to say i broke up with her for like a year after that but she wouldn't leave me alone for that year. I would get text messages practically everyday. "I love you, i'm sorry" So i figured she really must like me. And she really is a good girl besides that ---- so now i'm back with her and she knows better.
Moral of the story....

I have lived with my ex for 6 years.
To make a decent living i did shiftwork at Philips,turns out that when i went on the graveyard shift my best buddy pulled into one end of my street as i pulled out the other.
Wanna know what i did? i turned sadness into anger because you gotta do something with your emotions.
That something can be anything from working on your car to being pissed off at the world and seriously get back at certain people.
Whatever i did back then...it wasn't worth it.
After all that i met a sweet girl on the internet from Missouri,we talked for months thru icq and stuff...we've been living together for 3.5 years now here in Holland.
So dude....all ain't lost,you're young and there's tons of fish in the sea.

that's crazy. My gf and I broke up the day before our 1 year 9 month also. that's really crazy. Just try and relax man, and it may take a while, but the pain will subside. Nathan, the fact that your a male and you still know exactly how long you've been with her shows that you still have lessons to learn. Mark my words, in a year you will be glad that you didn't persue a girl who wanted to limit your hobbies and interests because she was so selfish.
I'm sure all of us know an uncle or someone that became a total bitch for some girl, is now married to her, and isn't doing the things he always wanted to do in life. (Cars being all of ours) You have a choice to make, let a bitch run your world, or find one that agrees that the drag races are a typical family outing.
