because you are posting them from somewhere that doesnt work. You have to have some1 'host' your pics. That means they have to store your pics on their computer and then you put a HTML link to that source. The computer that hosts the pics has to be on 24/7 for some1 to view them at any time. Otherwise the pics can only be viewed when the hosting computer is on. Which might be the case if you linked them to your IP address.
