how to clean headlight lenses

I have a 96dx sedan, and my lenses are foggy looking and dull. When wet they look clearer, but still dingy. Is threre a way to clean them. the lights have been taken apart for clear corner lens conversion, so it may internal as well. Not moisure foggy, but hazy looking and slighly yellowish.

drill a small hole into the back of the casing of the light, that way it will eliminate condesation.

i got a 96 civic, the one where the bumper comes up bewtween the headlights, i know you gotta take the bumper off to replace the headlight housing,

Re:how to clean headlight lenses

ou don't really need to, but if you want to take the bumper off, pop the hood, and there are like 6-8 plastic screws on the top of your grill, there are two screws one in each wheelwell, and a few under the car, take em all off, and pull the bumper out.
