if you can feel a difference it probably is 4-5 hp at least... I mean, whats your butt dyno resolution?

The butt dyno feels sudden changes in power, it has no resolution.

For example, the eGay header makes exactly 2 whp less in your upper rpm powerband where you race, but it completely and totally kills off your bottom end. The transition from the soggy bottom end to the slightly less than stock power is going to feel like a HUGE power gain to the butt dyno.

This is why people use actual dynos, or close scrutiny of 1/4 mile timeslips to deduce performance gains.
