They are pretty good quality and will give you as much performance or close to a DC....with that said it will only be 2 or 3 hp. Not worth the money, even if it is only$50. Save your money and buy your turbo parts.

My old EK had a SSautoshit header on it for about a year with no issues.

I have ordered Ebay headers for a few cars and some like the SSauto V6 MX6 ones are quite good.SS has some JDM style ones with the 2.5" collector etc and they look pretty good as well.

Im sporting one now, its ok, but N/A still sucks. "stainless" is a load of BS. Ive had mine for a little over 7 months and its starting to not look so happy. Not nearly as bad as if it were just steel, but its cheap stainless. I got nothing top end, but it felt (there we go w/ the 'feel' crap again, hehe) like it had more low end to me, i could get off stop lights easier, passing in 5th was a little more not so crappy, just around town it felt like it wasnt so shitty. Mind you, I had a stock exhaust on it w/ 1-7/8" pipes at the time. Fitment was good, BUT you have to match the ports on the 2 pieces and on the head flange b/c they are not quite right, just slightly off, if you dont I can see you loosing power b/c of the blcoked/mismatched ports.

I did a generic chip job on Rob Deal's '98 ITR powered hatchcrap. Bone stock JDM ITR, just bolt ons, one of which was an early $$$ AN-R header which I believe was a clone of an SMS. 191 whp, you can bet it didn't make that in stock configuration, and it wasn't all in the ECU either as it had GSR ignition map +1 degree at WOT.

The big dollar headers, when correctly matched to the engine, are voodoo. You will not get gains like this from a DC sports, as those are a well-constructed "show" header meant to look good, and don't really perform. The primary diameters, lengths, and *especially* collector + expansion chambers on them are completely wrong to make power. eGay swill is only going to be worse.

The aforementioned ITR hatchcrap ended up becoming a built 2.1 liter ITR, 85X92mm. It made 158 peak... wheel torque :P Expensive, not at all worth the money it takes to build one, but a big dollar NA Honduh is really really fun to drive.

Either spend the big dollars, or go turbo.
