This isnt really a hot sauce, but I love Allegro. It is basically soy sauce with hot pepper flakes in it (and some other stuff), but man is it great. Works awesome as a marinade, and makes chinese food that much better.

i love crystal hotsauce. i use it on everything.

and something that isnt really hotsauce. but yeah.

pickled mangos/peppers

its hot/tangy/sour/sweet all at the same time.

Grace Jamaican Hot pepper sauce, or the picante sauce strait flavorful hot peppers, not the viniger down ---- you find in the regular stores. if you live in miami or new york you know what I am talking about, ---- so good I am eating some chicken wings with some a that sauce. head sweating :X
