i hit it with brake clean, roughed up the sleeve and jacket with 80 grit sand paper,
brake cleaned it again, salted the block, mixed the devcon , then filled it.

That block filler looks a lot better then the Moroso stuff, well see if it holds as good

moroso isnt even designed for aluminum, its meant for cast iron. so theres your answer righ ther.e
