kyle, are you going turbo for sure later? if not order gsr pistons because in a LS/vtec w/ LS (pr4) pistons you get 9.5:1 CR which u might want to up w/ b16/gsr pistons.

o.k. jeff has yet to make it into 10's in any of his monsters yet, and he's had dyno's to back them up, so you have an idea of what kind of h.p. it's gonna take. you're goal of 300 whp, is obtainable with a little more money (don't think you're gonna be 300+ with just internals), but, i don't see ya hitting 10's.

Nice stuff Hotrex...I was going to buy a setup like that to for internals...is the $869 also with the ARP head bolts?? I'm going to build a ZC and drop it in a EG...I'll stay with the stock sleeves and post them and run about 20 psi boost with e T3/T4E 48/50 57 trim....that should take me well over 300 hp and 11 sec time slips with some mickey thomson slicks ....I hop I get my insurance money soon..

no, im hoping to break into the high 12s, with this setup on some slicks.....im looking for around 300hp on 15-18 psi. we shall see. i hope this setup doesnt dissappoint me

in 2 more years this bitch will be sleeved, punched to 79mm running 25 lbs on race gas and never seeing the street again. and it prob would only be good for 11s

your valve cover looks a different black from your block. or is that just the light. I knew I should have gone with gunmetal for my engine. I was in rice mode when I did it not stealthmode. Damn it!

what kinda manifold that in tha pic?...
i basicly got the exact same up as u do, same piston, rod, headbolt, clutch, turbo, but mine`s a Z6....
motor will be done and being break in tomol.....turbo will go in after 2K miles or so..
