Josh, you should really break it in NW style. 10psi minimum.
JD is right, rings have done their thing after just a few miles, and bearings dont break in, they just sit there hoping to live their life w/o ever having to actually touch the crankshaft.

now that i watch the dyno video of buea's crx ... do you realisticly think you will hit 400whp ... that alot josh... i would aim for something more realistic .. but if you some how hit 400whp i will be ammazed

theres a big differnce between 400whp and the 470 beau was hitting.

i know thi motor will make 400whp.

internals and a filled block should do it. i plan on shoving 20 plus psi down the throat of this bitch
