Josh, you should really break it in NW style. 10psi minimum.
JD is right, rings have done their thing after just a few miles, and bearings dont break in, they just sit there hoping to live their life w/o ever having to actually touch the crankshaft.

start her up, let her get warm and hold the throttle at 5k rpms for about 10min. she will be as broke in as your fuckbuddy after I got done with her.

now that i watch the dyno video of buea's crx ... do you realisticly think you will hit 400whp ... that alot josh... i would aim for something more realistic .. but if you some how hit 400whp i will be ammazed

theres a big differnce between 400whp and the 470 beau was hitting.

i know thi motor will make 400whp.

internals and a filled block should do it. i plan on shoving 20 plus psi down the throat of this bitch

what exactly are you using to make this kind of power? what turbo? are you gonna run cams? ---- i'd be happy to see 300hp on my dohc zc
