Some guy in a red bimmer drove by my house, I thought he was eyeing my car so I stepped out into the street. He then drove back by which made me worried but then I saw he wasnt Asian so I just figured he was lost.

While outside I caught a glimpse of the new neighbor girl in her cute little VW Beete. She is hot as ----. She's not the pretty kind of girl either. She looked like a high maintanance hot chick. The kind I could really ---- the ---- out of.

So how do I go introduce myself?
