Horrible Weekend

***Caution long story***

This has been one of the worst weekends ever for me. I was on my way to drill friday afternoon around 4pm I had to be at camp blanding by 6. Anaway I was on the interchange ramp between I-95 and I-295 when a van stopped sort of quickly about 4 car lengths in front of me. I was only doing like 45 at the time and had plenty of time to stop which I did. When I looked in my rearview I saw a red car comming up on me quick and I just had enough time to brace before she hit me. Right after her car hit me a big truck that was behind her an F350 hit her and then she hit me again and pushed me into the van infront of me hard enough to push the raditor of my car into the header. What I think happened was that she changed lanes rapidly as I was comming to a stop and before she realized I was stopping hit me hard, because as I was entering the ramp she wasn't behind me only the F350 was. Anaway she got two tickets one for careles driving and one for NO INSURANCE. I wasnt not found at fault but my car (91 hatch b16) is totaled rear bumper is smashed in and front is smashed in. I was ultra pissed and this lady, the one that hit me asked me if I was "gelling" from that comertial, because I was acting so calm. I seriously wanted to beat her brains in. This lady was acting like this was the best thing that happened to her all week. Ontop of all this I missed drill. The interstate had way to much traffic for me to ask my brother to come get me there so I asked the tow-truck driver to drop me off at the Orange Park Mall. As I sat infront of the theater, waiting for my bro with all the army crap, duffle bag, kevlar, bdu's etc people walked by and looked at me and laughed like I was a bum or something. By the time I got home I was desperate thinking what am I going to do about transportation. I decided to buy a beater car and try to maked it until I can figure something else out. Make a long story short I bought a 95 talon esi(900$) with what I thought was a slight knock. It turned out to be a horrible knock by the time I had it home,. Ok end of rant here are some questions, should I try to get another beater, fix the knock in the one I just bought, or swap the b16 into another shell? Thanksgiving break is coming up so I will have like 5 days to work on which ever I choose. But I think I could do the swap much faster then the fix on the dsm since I know almost nothing about them. I dunno what do you guys think this whole suituitation has got me really pissed off and bumed out.

just relax bro. it could've been way worse, the lady who hit you is an ------- with menapause and that was the most exciting thing that happened to her in a while. and the gelling comment gave her an orgasm cause stupid old bitches
have fun trying to outwit others. did the lady have insurance? get on the ball here gi joe it's sue city. make that bitch pay your car and the insurance will give you a few grand to settle outta court. as for the cars, if you want a beater, the worse car to get for that is a sports car. a toyota corrola or tercel is the best your gonna get.

Re:Horrible Weekend

i would get that b16, sell the shell to the recyclers, and then sell the talon to some mexican and say its form the actual fast and furious movies. then get a 1st gen crx, and swap in the b16. im not joking, im 100% serious on this one dude. thats what i would do.

I would recommend doing what trebor_nordap about the beater. Get something with good MPG and dependable as hell, like those. Or maybe an old Civic, Accord, CRX, etc.

I would part out the Talon and make more money that you had into the car.. and I'm not sure with the Civic.
But definitely sue the pants off of the gellin woman.

And of course.. good luck with all of this. ;)
