Raffi? Movin outta the hood? God damn. You know California is bad when the mexicans start leaving too. 
You'll like it though. I spent some time in Texas in the Air Force. I'd say it's about what Ca. was ten years ago, but with more open country spots. Don't forget to buy the beef jerky off the stands set up on the side of the freeway. That ---- is good.
And just to let your wife think you know your way around, go to the "Galleria" in Dallas (it's a big mall with only high end yuppie stores) and take her to the mexican resturant in the food court overlooking the ice skating rink. After dinner, hit the ice, and that will lock you in for the night. lol

.Well here is an update on my house.
Im pissed.My stuped real estate agent told us to jump on the first offer that came by couse it was more than what we were asking for and thats all good.But now that we are in escrow 2 more people want my house and are willing to pay way more and Im ------- locked in to this deal.She claimes that she didnt think it would couse such a stir couse the last house in my area sold for $420k.Well my house has $30k in upgrades and thats why people are willing to pay way more than its worth!I want to kill the bitch now(not literally dont sue me)!!!
