Yesterday night I was driving up to my friends house and to make a long story short, I hit some gravel and understeered off the road and into the side of a mountain (mostly just brush and ----).

Bumper is fine besides needing new paint, and everything still lines up, but the hood won't stay shut... the safety lock holds the hood down, but the main one doesn't stay.

any suggestions?

Go back and crash in to the mountian with the other side now, maybe it will even things out?

hehe... nah, i hit it almost dead on... so that would be the back i would have to hit..

I tried pushing down the latch with a screwdriver and it still doesn't latch... ----

Bungee cord or rope, or a couple layers of speaker/welding wire.

ok.. so ive tried kicking it and pulling and all that all to no avail..

also..... now I'm runnning kind of rich (on maf setup that usually tells me i have a pipe off).... I still make the full 8 lbs, but it spools later.

I was thinking I had a leak in one of my pipes but I can't see any. and i don't think the manifold is cracked because it doesn't sound different.
