Default Hood Help

hey guys, i got a 99 civic and i bought a CF hood for it. Looks sick other than the gap on the passenger side. The problem is that there is a gap between the end of the hood and the headlight. The gap between the hood and fenders is perfect on both side...i have tried the following to fix it, but have had no luck

1. put washers on the driver side (between the hood itself and the latch that holds the hood to the car)
2. have raised and lowered both black rubber stops
3. have completely removed the stops
4. made the hole on the latch that holds the hood to the car bigger, to slide the hood forward

the only other thing i can think of is that the hood itself is warped....any help pelase.

i got the hood from my old work (www.d2motorsports.com). i recommend not going there, they do shitty jobs and dont give any refunds, and i mean ANY.

thanks for your guy's help
