He should've done a test drive, and if he's as clueless as he pretends to be he should have taken a mechanic with him to inspect it before hand. Oh wait...he didn't come to check it out.

If he cant even show up for a meeting you guys scheduled, ---- him. Period. Now atleast you can say you tried to help him but he didnt show, so it also covers your *** in court. Oh and follow ****'s words of wisdom, this thread could have been locked and finished after the first reply
