i finally got to see the fury at a local show
surprisingly comfortable, even tho the tank is a little thin around the knees

there cheap and fun but if your a tard you can get killed on whatever

i drove a friends shadow or rebel 750 and it was about 1/5 as fast as my cbr 600

+1 for SV650 as first bike.

from someone whose owned one, it ------- blows if you have any ideas of acceleration or going over 45mph. it tops out at freeway speeds and takes forever to do anything. it may be good if you're 14 but thats about as far as it goes. snag a magna/sabre/nighthawk instead.

That's the Rebel you're talking about right? The SV650 has plenty of scoot for highway driving

SV650's are pretty nice bikes. Not as nice as the 599, but cheaper and easier to find, with better aftermarket support.

my 200cc sports bike was a waste of money. Id say start with a honda 600rr and if you dont trust yourself then swap on a longer gear and lower it. Its not like your going to loop with a twist of the wrist like the big bikes.
