the b16b is NOT 170 hp, the B16a2 is.
i just don't think the H is a reasonable swap for a civic, there are too many problems for too little gain. BTW a B16 is cheaper then an H22, usually by alot. (enough to take the rest of the money and almost have a turbo kit for it most of the time)

If I had 5.5k to spend on a honda these would be my picks in order:
1. Hatch (either EG or EK, I love them both
)
2. GSR
3. Civic coupe
4. crx :P
5. NOT an Accord :P
6. NOT a Del Sol, sorry just a personal preference because I HATE them
