Honda is Gay!!!!!
As most of you know I know have an ebay store selling decals.....no harm right.
Honda just pulled one of my listing because of cpyright or trademark violations....which one
The oh so popular JDM TYTE YO!!!! I love my Honda style sticker.....
Ebay says if it happens again, I guess, they will close my account. I just searched on ebay motors and there's a bunch of other sellers with the same sticker.
Should I say:
1) ---- it, list it again, and see if they don't catch me.
2) It's the law, repect it, and never sell one of those again.
3) Report everyone else to Honda Motor Corp to theirs pulled out also.
I mean do you really think honda will check that I have not list them again.
Maybe I should wait a few weeks, so they can check and not find it, and then list it again..
Opinions.....what would you do.

I know I was selling dvds of the nirvana unplugged concert that aired on mtv. Within a month I sold over $1500 worth. Ebay said "don't do it again" and took off my listings. I did it again. They warned me again and took them away. I did it again. That was 2-3 years ago and I still can't get another ebay/paypal account. New bank and address though, maybe I can now

Yeah, that's the thing, I don't want to risk the business for maybe $50 a month.
Now if they will give me at least one more warning before closing me out, then I would try it to see what happens, but it they won't give me another warning and just lock up everything, I won't risk it.

if i remember right you said that you were selling everything from your personal account, if so just repot it and see what happens. if they close it, well ---- open a new business account. ill take my MT sticker now

I dont like snitching but the best thing you can do is snitch. people like ssac been getting away with this ---- forever.

Yeah I know, and those actually sell pretty good, maybe better than the $50 I said before. It is my personal account, but I like the 500 positive transactions.....
I think I'll be a snitch, report everyone and see what happens. If they all get pulled out, then fine, if not I'll post it again.
in the message it said I was copying a product. As far as I know that sticker was not used or sold here in the US. I might be wrong. Is not like they are selling that same decal, and it's free promotions. oh well...it still sucks..
