Same thing happened to Hotrex's car. It was a wire that came off the pin and was making intermitent connection. I soldered it back on and it was fine. Pull on the ECU wires one by one. Thats how Josh found his.

i just had the same problem 3 days ago it was the fuel pump relay dont know if this helps you might wanna check its the big grey box to the left of your underdash fuse box
