Honda Ek civic 4 door needing some help!!!!!

Alright I'm new to the group and looking for some friendly advice. First things first I've got a D16y7 bloc with a D16y8 head using a P28 ecu. Looking to get around 250 to 300 whp. I'm not a big motor head but willing to learn and wanting to learn any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm wanting to know what I need to do to accomplish this. Whether it's N/A or turbo and since its a D series I'm assuming turbo will be much easier. Thanks for the help in advance.......

Yeah, I wouldn't try this naturally aspirated. Maybe a Garret GT2580 for your targets.

Yea I've heard the stock crank could hold upwards to 600hp. But the rods go around 200hp I'm honestly looking to find full specs considering I've got a friend helping. He is more of a Mopar and American muscle guy. He told me to find a good setup tested online. Or something proven on paper. That he was lost I'm still on the hunt for a good cam and valve setup.
