Old boy below is an effeminant vowel shifter, who obviously grew up with a weak, ineffectual, or absent male role model. Back earlier in the year he kept changing dates on me for when to come and get his ECU chipped... I told him "my whole week is free except for Thursday after five, when I go to the track with my boys." So, he leaves Charlotte (1.5 hours away) at 3:30, but that's OK because they are "going 120 mph" in rush hour traffic.

When he gets here, of course I have zero time to do anything for him. But, he wants an ECU. Wait, no, he wants a distributor. Wait, no, he doesn't want anything of the sort. I was chill, cool, nice, whatever. He was a flake, but not everybody's perfect.

So, about mid-summer he sends an ECU to me. I turned it around in four days. It gets sent back to me, return to sender. This guy keeps blowing up my phone, calling at midnight when my kid's in bed, like it's business hours. I let him know I don't appreciate it. He never offers an apology. I take my sweet time sending the ECU back - I think it was about two weeks, give or take. I do this for fun, I am not a business, period.

MAN, am I enjoying this.

1) I have no idea who "shaof" is. Never heard of anyone by that name, or any misspelling I can come up with derived from it.

2) The only Mitsubishi I have touched is GVR #366/2000. I wired in the O2 sensor on it about two years back. My boy Dave maintains the car, boosts 35 psi on a 160K mile stock bottom end via T04E goodness. We thought it's engine - or at least headgasket - blew back in June at the Bele Chere autocross... but, no, the oil filter housing just ruptured. The 160K mile bottom end apparently likes 400 hp.

3) I have never touched a WRX. I know nothing about them except they are slow, and have weak transmissions. If someone wanted me to tune one, I would say no.

Oh, found out he was talking about Steven Shoaf. I rolled up to tune Steven's car, it was my first time out with the Ostrich and I couldn't get anything working correctly so I packed up my gear and left. Steven blew the car up on an FMU a couple weeks later.

Pffft.

I'd dearly like to know who that is. Either Jimmy Grooms, but probably not since one of his friends called me about tuning Sunday, or HonDUH-Tech Username Kendall who has never met me but has a very highly formed opinion of me... he was telling people a couple months back that he could "do anything Joseph can, but without the wait," and didn't even own a chip burner. Pathetic.


edit: Jason is peering over my shoulder right now, wants me to get Darius to roll up with cars and money against some "mountaineer rides." That would be funny.

I sell stuff all the time on H-T and I get retarded PMs about stupid ----. I sold a guy some used intercooler piping and he was pissed because the paint was worn off in some areas. Dumb ----, I told him it was used.

I have learned to just ignore the boners. Most of them are 17 year old zit faced loosers anyways, they don't know any better.
