Re: Homemade Food
I was hoping ernesto wasn't going to be such the little bitch it was, so I could have an excuse to break out the Mojo and charrasco. Its nice to have a legidament reason to fire up the grill on the patio. haha at least the roommates and I killed 2 of 3 twenty-four packs of miller last night, and a ---- load of liqour.

Take the steaks out approximately four hours before grilling and place on pan on counter. One of the objectives here is to allow the meat to cure up to almost room temperature (it won’t spoil). Pour approximately 1/2 cup of Whiskey, Brandy, or white wine over steak(s), more is o.k. My favorite is White Port. Sprinkle steak(s) with Adolph’s unseasoned tenderizer and/or Aji-no-Moto (Monosodium Glutamate) and allow steaks to remain on the counter this way for two hours. Then sprinkle a few drops Liquid Smoke(no more than a capfull), and Wostershire on the steaks and allow to sit another hour. Finally, pour/sprinkle Teriyaki sauce over meat and let sit for one additional hour.
Just before taking the steaks to the grill salt the side up with garlic salt and pepper, then season the steaks with Bett’s seasoning. Using a plastic spray bottle, mix ¼ Soy Sauce, ¼ Dale’s or Moore’s Seasoning Sauce, and ½ Kikkoman’s Teriyaki Sauce.
Preheat grill to as hot as it will go. Place steaks on the grill seasoned side down. Spray the steaks liberally with the spray bottle sauce. Then put the two seasonings on this side. Allow the steaks to cook on the grill approximately 5 minutes before turning. Turn, spray that side with the sauce, and cook for approximately 3 more minutes.

Jesus, gino, that's disgusting. MSG, too much salt, and too much liquid smoke. There are only two kinds of redmeat you overseason: flavorless filet mignon, and crap quality cuts that are best fed to a dog. 8 minutes is too long might as well eat shoe leather.
