Doug (doug684) and i finally got a grill for our apartment the other day. Cooked some steaks marinated in some jack daniels knockoff (evan williams lol), garlic, onion, etc and cooked them on the smoker/griller. Made beer brats the next day. Good ----, this weekend is smoked fish.

I like taking some small chicken wings and drums and first roll them in floor and then deep fry them then take them out and roll them in some Franks hot sauce mixed with a little butter. Then let them sit for a couple of minutes or so. Voila hooters style. It's also good to try it with just boneless chicken breast and then just cut them up into little chunks like nugget size and eat them with a little blue cheese. :P..drool.....
