How do i make a home made fuel pressure controller? would it work the same way as a home made boost controller?

i need to make one so i can restrict fuel pressure, because my car is running way too rich, and i tried everything, ecu, o2 sensor, plugs and wires and its still running way too rich, so someone suggested an extra adjustible pressure regulator.

i say buy the b&m... works good for me. easy instalation and pretty cheap (i think like 50 bux)

i got my FP as low as 20psi and i run it now at 45 so its pretty adjustable
