I hate to rag on mexicans, but thats probobly NOT a joke unfortunatly.

I like how mexicans in my area take a nice new Ford F350 super duty... slam it, put 12" tires on it, a shitload of stickers with ---- like the virgin mary on it and their last name in that ghetto font, chrome over the wheel wells etc etc etc effectivly making a 30,000 dollar turbo diesel pulling truck into a pile of ----.

Those plates arent from Mexico Columbo.Its proabably from the Philipines.
