That vegetarian ---- made me ill. Two weeks into trying it I woke up at 4am feeling shaky, and instinctively drove my *** to the supermarket where I bought a pound and a half of steak which I cooked and consumed rare because I couldn't wait. I felt better by the time the sun came up. Before that I had my steaks medium to medium well, now I worship the blood red raw goodness of the cold center of a properly cooked piece of beef, as it was one of the most delicious meals I have ever consumed.
I don't consume meat every meal, or every day, but I have to consume it. Glad you're happy, but that diet would kill me, aero.
PS - Chad, last month I got bad sick for the first time since I was a kid. We are getting old, time to do situps or something.

got shocked at work once, and fried part of my esophagus. i barfed up everything i ate for there days, jello, water, everything. if someone told me to shock myself or theyed cut off a finger, i'd tell them they can have the pinky.
